Der gebürtige Ungar Laszlo Gyüker wurde in Miskolc geboren und studierte an der Grazer Kunstuniversität. (Magister der Künste, 2008).

Von 2010 bis 2012 betreute er als Kapellmeister der Bühne Baden ein breites Operettenrepertoire. Von 2009-2017 arbeitete er als Dirigent beim Lehár Festivals Bad Ischl, und dirigierte dort „Das Land des Lächelns“, „Die Csárdásfürstin“, „Gasparone“, „Gigi“, „My Fair Lady“, „Die Fledermaus“ und „Die Lustige Witwe“. 2018 betreute er eine Neuproduktion „Die Fledermaus“ an der Oper von Tirana.
Von 2014-2019 war er Musikalischer Leiter der Luisenburg Festspiele.

Als Musikalischer Leiter des Budapester Operettenwelt Theater und der Operettenbühne Wien absolvierte er ausgedehnte Tourneen durch ganz Deutschland, u. a. mit „Die Zauberflöte“, „Gräfin Mariza“ und „Die Csárdásfürstin“, mit der er 2018 auch an der Volksoper debütierte.

Seit 2018 ist Laszlo Gyüker Dozent für den Lehrgang Operette an der Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien (MUK).

In der Saison 2019/20 dirigiert er an der Volksoper „My Fair Lady” und abermals „Die Csárdásfürstin“.
