QM-Services
The QM team offers the following services:
For students, lecturers and administration:
- Consulting for: Organizational procedures, Process design & planning procedures at MUK
- Introduction to the Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality and Organisation Manual (QMO) of the MUK
- Support in the development of strategy papers, concepts and plans
For lecturers:
- alternative teaching evaluations (e.g.: individual cours evaluiation, Teaching Analysis Poll)
- support in the development of individual course questionnaires, feedback forms, etc.
For the administrative staff, organs and committees
- Support in the implementation of surveys
The QM team accompanies university procedures:
processes, strategies, development plans, reports, quality conferences and quality meetings.
The QM team implements evaluations and surveys:
- course evaluations
- program evaluation
- cyclical surveys & evaluations (e.g. cooperation, development plan,…)
- event-related surveys & evaluations: (digital teaching, graduate surveys, applicant surveys, student surveys)
