MUKonline

MUKonline is the university management system for students, lecturers and administrative staff at the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna.

Once your MUKaccount has been activated, you will have access to a number of applications in MUKonline:

• Students:
  Applications, registration for courses and exams, calendar, exam results, certificate printing, proof of study success, study confirmations, ...
• Teachers:
  Administration of courses and their participants and exams, calendar, performance recording for the intellectual capital statement, editing of the personal business card...

Please note that you are responsible for independently managing and updating your personal data in your MUKonline business card.

Activation of your MUKaccount

When you started your studies or employment, you received a PIN code by email for activating your MUKaccount.

Now proceed as follows:

• Open the Login-page of MUKonline. There, under Reedem PIN-code, click on the link for students/employees.
• Enter the PIN-code you received per email, as well as your date of birth and (for students) your registration number.
• Set your own username and password for your MUKaccount.

Your own username is only valid in MUKonline. For all other IT-services, use your generic MUKmail-address (see MUKaccount).
