Corporate Governance
As a subsidiary of Wien Holding, the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna is committed to responsible, transparent, and accountable corporate governance. This commitment is based on the Vienna Public Corporate Governance Code (WPCGK), which sets standards for clear corporate governance, effective oversight, and responsible decision-making processes.
A joint corporate governance report for the 2025 fiscal year was prepared by Wien Holding GmbH, which also covers those portfolio companies that are subject to the Vienna Public Corporate Governance Code. The report is published centrally on the Wien Holding GmbH website. In addition, the annual financial statements are made available for download on the respective websites.
