Department for Voice and Opera

Contemporary teaching with a strong focus on practical work is provided in the individual fields of study, taking into account the individual talent of the students. As well as vocal training, particular emphasis is placed on body coaching, musical interpretation and drama. Opportunities to perform, seminars and workshops complement the degree.

The following disciplines are offered as Bachelor’s and/or master’s programme:

• Solo singing (bachelor’s and master’s programme)
• Opera (master’s programme)
• Song and oratorio (master’s programme)
• Classic operetta (academic diploma programme)
