The External Relations Department represents the interests of the MUK to the outside world. The central tasks are maintaining and initiating regional, national and international contacts with various persons, institutions in the fields of education, culture, media, research and politics as well as with funding institutions and towards it‘s propriator.
The task of Development is to advise the university directorate on strategic positioning and organizational development, as well as the implementation of processes for the systematic further advancement of the MUK.
The Quality Management of the MUK ensures the quality of activities and processes in all areas and it promotes the further development of the MUK, while complying with the legal and structural framework. The quality team supervises the quality management system of the MUK in the sense of an overall university quality culture and provides systematic support to ensure university-wide further development.
