Please find information and forms for an easy organization of your events inside and outside the MUK facilities below.


Event announcement

When to use this form:
You teach or study at the MUK and are planning a small event (evening lecture, internal class recital, chamber music performance, final exam or similar) for which you need technical or organisational support. Please fill in the online form at least 14 days before the respective event. The event management team will subsequntly get in touch with you. Please consider the current MUK house rules.

Please note: Bigger events at the MUK (f.e. stage production, orchestra concerts, special projects or similar) are coordinated by project managers headed by the MUK accounting/controlling and the event management, if necessary the ochestra management.

Playbills for evening lectures

How to get a playbill for the audience of your event:
Please follow the instructions of our manual for evening lectures and send your data 14 days, 10 days at the very least, before the respective event to programme@muk.ac.at


Playbills for a bachelor- or master-exam

How to get a playbill for the audience of your final exam:
Please follow the instructions of our manual for BA/MA exams (valid for bachelor exams of the Faculty of Music and bachelor/master exams of the study programme Voice and Opera; see fill-in-templates for exam playbills in the column Downloads on the left.). Please send your data 14 days before the respective event to programme@muk.ac.at

Students of the Faculty of Music (valid for the study programmes Conducting and Composition, Keyboard Instruments, String Instruments, Wind and Percussion Instruments and Early Music) are responsible for the creation of their playbills for master's exams themselves, since these effectively are personal artistic statements: Guidelines for the creation of programmes for master-exams of the Faculty of Music

Confirmation form for costume hire

When to use this form:
You study at the MUK and need a costume for a performance as part of your final exam. You need the implicit confirmation of the head of your study programme, otherwise the costume rental service cooperating with the MUK will not hand over the costume.

Please print the PDF form, fill in the upper part and get the signature of the head of your programme. Then sign the form yourself and get your costume at ART for ART.
