Thanks to support from the City of Vienna, studying at the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna is affordable for any young people. Although the average cost of a university place is approximately 19,000 EUR a year, students are only asked for a very small financial contribution.
The tuition fees are far below those of comparable national and international institutes. In addition, there are a number of ways to finance your degree through grants and bursaries.

In addition to the tuition fee, a student contribution (including insurance) of
20.70 EUR per semester is levied by the Austrian National Union of Students (ÖH).
This ÖH contribution is payable by officially enrolled students and by students on university courses.
