COVID-19 safety concept of the MUK

Stay healthy! Stay negative! Get vaccinated! (as of 13 January 2022)

The COVID-19 safety concept of the MUK is based on the ordinances and recommendations of the federal ministries and is continuously adapted to the current ordinances, which are observed by all MUK employees.

Access to all MUK sites is only permitted for PCR-tested persons.
Proof of PCR testing must be presented to the porters, and additional checks of PCR tests by teachers or supervisors are permitted.

At the MUK, FFP2 masks are compulsory in all areas.
Students and lecturers are required to wear FFP2 masks for presence teaching. For artistic reasons, FFP2 masks may be removed for lessons.

Because teaching at the MUK is mostly associated with activities with an increased risk of infection, all contact persons to COVID19 cases must stay away from the MUK for 5 days after contact. This internal regulation applies even if no official quarantine is imposed.

Opening hours
Monday—Friday: 8:00—22:00 (Singerstraße until 21:00)
Saturday: 8:00—18:00 Closed Sunday and public holiday

The administration can be contacted digitally or by telephone.

Employees who are particularly in need of protection are advised to contact the personnel management (, +43 1 512 77 47-240).

All measures listed here are subject to changing legal requirements.
